the reason why a used s2000 is 4 times more expensive than a used mustang is because the s2000 is more rare, and holds its value.
u would be laughed at if u bought a 2002 mustang for 10k. but u'd be envied by a lot if u bought a 2002 s2000 for 15k. why? well because mustang has crappy interior, cheap parts and people beat them up because a lot of idiots drive them. if u look around, s2000s are cared for wonderfully, because their owners arent idiots

first of all the honda f1 engine proves if honda wanted to make a v8 with power it could, it just rather use 4 cyl. engines which are good on gas for their passenger vehicles, its called being smart.
ur wrong the first s2000s had 120hp/liter. most honda v6's arent meant to be performance engines except the NSX. which in 1992 was better than anything ford had.
and im 26.

yea we all seen faster turbo'ed s2000's out there. 300whp would be considered weak. A well tuned turbo s2000 would have around 400whp. but this s2000 was only at 10psi.

They rev up to 9000rpm and it currently holds the highest specific output of 125 hp per litter of displacement (F20c) for any piston motor under 100k. Use wikipedia and type f20c...

"306whp" weak for the S2k? its a 2.2L motor! pushing 10psi is harsh as hell on that high compression (honda wanted it to be N/A b/c they know they dont build drag cars)its very impressive. it was racing one of the slowest mustangs ever(non PI 4.6) with most likely a kenne bell on it. so, we have a race where a ~$2500 car with $4000 in it beats a ~$24,000 car with 6-7k in it..even so, its not a race if its not from a stop.

Uhh pretty much all of hondas motors do in fact have over 100 hp per litre. The del sol was the first with 160hp in a 1.6 litre motor. Do the math mustang boy.

You can't; they haven't ever done that. Its easy to make tiny high output engines. Honda has the same probs scaling it up just like everybody else. Honda can't defy physics, no matter how many import mags you read.
