Hello all! I've always loved this song. I took out the bass in the midi file, then I played live bass over the track. I'm using a 3 finger style playing with some muting for the technique.

| Yes. For slap bass make sure your octaves groove. Also, try to slap along to brick house and play that funky music. |

| You practice index,middle,ring,middle or vise versa. That is your 16th note order for 1-e-and-a. Make sure each finger is getting and equal attack on the string. Also, look up Steve Bailey for someone who has mastered this technique. |
