Inca Steppa, however, is awesome on a whole new scale ;)
That's just what I think.
GJ mate :)
and JR rules ofc.
I think the problem with Gods & Monsters is that it's like putting Shatner next to Mr.T. Both are huge awesome, just one's huge awesome * 10, so it makes the other look crumby.
But the rest is really cool.
I really didn't like Juno Reactor... until I started to listen more.
Now I pretty much like all of it. (BUT NOT THE LAST 2 SONGS ON GODS AND MONSTERS!!!!)
Still no idea what the hell is up with Pretty Girl, though. Maybe a dedication?
at 7:00 for example, and inmany other songs too
This album is quite pop sounding, with all the vocals and none the unique tribal/psychedelic Reactor sound.
There's some (de)gradation in the album from closer to the old sounding (Inca Steppa) to a more pop sounding music like "Pretty girl" being total bubblegum pop. As if Juno are saying goodbye.
Remember Infected Mushroom, Koxbox, Haldolium - they've all turned pop. And now Juno Reactor!
Why? The world is so gray already...
