I believe David was "set up" he clearly was the better singer and Simon gave David C fans something to be upset about and vote more than they normal would. I don't think this was a mistake. I believe Simon did this on purpose. We will never know. One thing, after seeing how the people are reacting to David A at the concerts,I am sure David C has been wondering "How the heck did I win by that many votes? The best to both David's, but I still say, David A was and will always be the better singer.

I have wanted to say that since the finale. Since Simon was on a show the night before saying how he wanted David C to win and how David A didn't have a personality. I knew his praise was all an act. It was true, David did out sing David C, it was a knock-out. I just don't believe Simon said to to praise David A, but it make David C fans angry. I will never watch AI again. I don't like false people and Simon is the number one false person. How could he do that to a great kid?

One of the best interpretation and rendition of IMAGINE ever done what an amazing talent who could ever think for a 17 years old kid can ever deliver such a song so beautifully with feeling and emotion. He resuscitated this song back to life and make people get interested again with the song IMAGINE. All I can say this boy is really gifted and you never get tired listening to him - John Lenon and David Archuleta will always be remembered with this song.

I loved both versions. I think he put more emotion to this one but he sang it more quickly too.
