The media had to be so careful - there were reports of some 20 or more airplanes still unaccounted for at one point, in the confusion. Imagine being on air when tens of thousands of reports flood into your inbox every minute. How do you know which to trust? If you're not careful you can make things even worse - people look to you for the answers.
