i have no idea whats going on, but it looks pretty bad... and weird... what just happend? did they all die in a fiery explosion and... stuff? and what was the plot in this game? it seems so... similer...

It seems like they all die. The last monument (seen in this video) is the tower of Babel. This tower is so high that it is blocking the sun light. Without the sun light, life can't exist.
In my opinion, it is a lesson of life : if mankind gets too much crazy about some kind of god (here, Doshin), they may destroy themselves, like those small guys in this game.
This is just my way to see it., I don't know if it is what they intended to say.

After you've completed the game once, you can play the game again, but on the Doshin shaped island seen in the credits roll. There is no human, no trees, nothing except Doshin. You can walk freely around, but there is nothing to do.

Anyway, the game doesn't exactly have a plot : you have to help the small guys to build their towns, and to thank you for your efforts, they will build a monument. Depending on which tribe you helped, they will build a different monument. There are 15 different monuments, plus the last one.

Yes, I Understand Japanese, but you don't really need to understand Japanese to play this game if you could get the basis of the gameplay.
You can transform into a hate giant by pressing the Z button (if I remember well). You can play the whole game as a hate Doshin, but I couldn't make the small humans to build monuments for me in this form. I heard it is possible to do so in the GameCube version, but I didn't try it myself.

In the Gamecube version you're able to awaken again on that dead giant island and there are little tribesmen wearing futuristic silver garb there. Nothing happens because the land is barren, so the game basically ends when you switch it off.

this game would be so great f they spruced it up a bit, have armies and conflicts between tribes when they have to share trees or summat, and have the armies attack jashin, instead of standin there lettin him kill em.
