Yeah I don't know what kind of drugs your on but... Bob marley didn't die because of a gun shot wound. He was found to have malignant melanoma in a football wound on his right hallux (big toe). Bob refused amputation, citing worries that the operation would affect his dancing, as well as the Rastafari belief that the body must be "whole". In other words... He died of cancer which took over his whole body and eventually his brain, thus killing him.
