On stage from a very young age, June found her niche in the spotlight with her vivacious personality and down-home sense of humor. | Johnny and June helped millions of people in a lot of ways. I am sure they had a different home life and along with marriage and family always comes problems. They were there for each other til the end and that is what it is all about. I would have loved for the chance to know them. Thanks for this John Carter. |

| Some of John Carter Cash's statements didn't make sense to me. So, I bought his book, Anchored in Love and all I can say is bravo. I am so glad he wrote it. Parts of it are painful to admit publicly about one's parents. Many of us have had to reconcile with our parents' human behavior. But June stands a lot taller in my mind and so deserves not to get lost in Johnny's "big fat shadow" (quote from the movie-not my opinion). I am so glad the woman, the music, her principles are documented. |
