ALSO NOT ALL OF THIS IS PARKOUR, SO DON'T COMMENT ABOUT "this isn't parkour" -some of it is, maybe most :)

my god i have never cringed so much in my life.... if anyone who was just starting up saw that vid they would get such a bad start to parkour and freerunning the video u have made shows allot off different teams doin big unnecessary drops and flips off hight's that are unsafe, if the idea of the video was to get people to go out and screw there bodies up then well dun ... i strongly suggest u take this video offline

Absolutely amazing! The skills these guys have developed are incredible... let alone how fit they must be too. I hope one day it becomes a demonstration sport at the Olympics, though I'm sure it's so much more than a sport...
