Thank you so much for posting this Kevinr316! My husband and I were in the band between 1988 and 1991. I remember this broadcast, and it brings back so many great memories, seeing our fellow bandsmen! It was a special time. This is the Boom that we remember! We were showmen ( and women)!!! Hats off to the SOPs and Hype Pipes!!

This was/is my Family....so many memories flash through my mind looking at this clip, from my first day of band camp in 1988 til my last performance in 91....I can almost smell the band room...lol...T.O.P. FOREVER BABY.....LOVE THE BOOM!

SONIC BOOM BANSTORY:
My first night at band camp back in 88, The band director Mr. Taylor warned all the crabs to "go straight to your rooms and lock your doors" (hazing was kinda out of control in them days)..that same night I was in my room practicing when someone started beating on my door and demanded I open up..it was Kenny the 1st guy on this clip my roommate almost shyt his pants and was ready to quit..lol, he just wanted to telling me it was to late to practice he's actually a cool guy
