Yes, its a flash flood carrying a lot of debris from miles up stream. The debris gets transported to the front "Wall" of the flood and causes it to slow a bit, also causing more debris to catch up. Its a cycle and makes for an interesting view. That is comprised of water, mud, rocks, bushes, and trees.

At 2:20 it looks like if your Jeep was being dragged by the flash flood. You know yesterday a couple of young students that where walking near a river where I live died by a flash flood. Rescuers are still looking for the body of one of them.
