Witten is a far better TE and the best in the league because he doesn't just run and catch very well, he doesn't just block very well, he is an all around good TE, they have even used him as a fullback several times. If you need a job done right, trust it to Jason Witten. Also, I have never seen him make a mistake.

[pats suck]. but ive seen both shockey and witten play, and they are both all around good players. witten can catch and run and block, and shockey can basically do the same thing. p.s. patriots dont deserve the undefeated season they cheated. patriots have, do, and always will..suck.

Every player makes mistakes; you just might not notice it on plays when they aren't the focus. Don't get me wrong though - Witten is one of my favorite players in the league, needless to say on the Cowboy's roster. Remember the play last season (I believe against the Giants, but not sure) when he got hit from one side then the other by another player, thus knocking his helmet off? Not only did it help him regain his balance when he was sure to go down, but he kept running for several more yards

Witten got his helmet knocked off when getting hit from two angles and had a look on his face like he was stunned that he was still on his feet -- then kept running toward the endzone like the champ that he is. GO COWBOYS. P.S. Though I have, as any Cowboys fan does, an innate hatred of the Giants (as well as other NFC East teams), I can respect what Shockey and other players for said teams can bring to the field. But Witten owns Shockey.

i hear the giants are a team that is known for playin pranks on each other in the lockerroom. one time they were interviewing strahan about shockey. they asked him "what kind of pranks do you guys pull on shockey. strahan said " no one messes with shockey, he sits in the corner of the lockerroom by himself. everyone know not to mess with him."
