I think Bale and his family have a right to their own privacy. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what we think of them because we don't know what kind of people they are, what they've done, or what their situations are. P.S: People don't seem to understand the meaning of the word "assault" and it's irritating me. Assault could be yelling, shouting, or any kind of verbal attacking. It doesn't necessitate physical harm.

It is the tort of BATTERY that involves actual contact. Two: in the UK, there is a tort of VERBAL assault, which is what the sister and/or mother alleged Bale committed. They did not allege he hit anyone.
