well mac d food or just fast food is not that bad. but thats only if u make it yourself, u might ask why. well bc if u make it yourself u deside salat meat sice and what fries 2 use and u can just cut some out.
i have done this on time with my sisters kids took us 20min bc most of the time we can sit and relax while fries is in the owen and the burger just need 8min on a hot grill so make it yourself and remember 2 eat something else then there is np

You can't blame Ray Krok for the problems associated with McDonald's. When he started the franchise in the 1950's, the burgers, fries, shakes, drinks, and pies were smaller. They were not staples; no family ate McDonald's more than once a month in those days.

It's mostly about personal responsibility. I'm a fast food junkie myself, but I watch what I eat, and I make sure that I get enough exersize too. By mixing a little Wendy's with a little Subway, and then throwing in a nice walk or too, you can actually lose weight.

its not just the food...its also social conditions, lack of exercise, if you overate ANY type of food(maybe except ice) and you do not exercsie you are going to gain wieght...
