Well he is still wanted for many other crimes, and have you ever heared about how Bin Ladens family were allowed to fly out of the US when all planes were grounded. In any normal investigation the authorities wouldn't just allow family members of a suspect to fly out of country without questioning them and that's exactely what happened with the Bin Laden family that was in the US up until right after 911.

As for why the FBI, when they were asked why 911 wasn't on his warrant they said "No hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11" Many of his other crimes are listed on his warrant but 911 isn't because of the very statement the FBI made. When people can't argue a point they just start calling people names because they lake the knowledge to debate like a civilized manor.
