You all who fight on youtube like it will solve something are about as cool as a back handed clap. Pick your side and go out and prove a point show that black water is an evil company or prove to those hippies they are blaming good men. Blackwater is a perfectly legitimate company that screens its employees EXTENSIVELY before hiring. They are also a multinational organization, so before you go saying, "America is shit," they probably employ plenty of people from your country as well (whatever country that may be).
Do a little research on an older company based out of South Africa called Executive Outcomes. They were a mercenary organization that actually STOPPED a lot of bloodshed in several African countries.

Well, if you want to work in Africa, seek hiring from a company like ArmorGroup, or any other one for that matter. Afterwords you can choose which theater you want to work in. Now youre in luck because a new program called AfriCom has started, and that means there is a lot more work there for you.
As for requirements, you need AT LEASE 4-6 years in the military, and some sort of specialized training (Marine Force Recon). You will be in competition with the elite of elite, so bring some skill.
