Played both on PS3 and though PES 08 is waaay better. Fifa's gameplay is slower and not very realistic. PES is more like real life, even without the licensing.

the gameplay of pes 2008 is better but the unlicense football leagues and the team is annoying and when u play a league it doesnt even hav proper money. i think fifa 08 is better.

fifa 08 rules pes 08
fifa 07 and pes 6 both sucked
fifa 06 rocked at its time, above pro evo 5, but pro wasnt such a bad game.
i didnt play fifa 05 but pes 4 sucked compared to pes 3
fifa o4 was good in its time bt pes 3 is the best pes yet except for 08.
fifa 03 was quite good an so was pes 2.
fifa 02 rocked at de time but i didn't play pes 1
fifa 01 and 00 were more or less de same, and 99 was a little less advanced. 98 an 97 wer bout same as 99 an de rest ad no graphics

yep the fact that PES has poor detailing and licensing makes Fifa a complete soccer game but the gameplay is more competitive in PES nonetheless.

fifa 08 have some good things. But is still the mistake since fifa99 , when you play semi-professional you win 5-0 , with professional you lose 5-0. PES is number one since 99.

Hands down fifa 08 smacks pro 2008. The best pro was pro 6 on ps2, that game did smack fifa 07. At the moment the fifa next gen is runnin things at here, pro fans cant say shit. Pro dont have the arena, the commentary quality, the offical teams and leagues....

its not all about licences, pro evo spanks fifa even without licenses,the gameplay is alot better, so is the online, fifa is completely unrealistic whereas pes brings the real life feel of the game to the house, fifa is for people who dont have enough football knowledge to add in the names for the unlicensed teams pro evo ftw
