Hulk has unlimited strength.
Superman does not.
Hulk also heals almost instantaneously. I believe even faster than Logan.
So in strength and healing factor, Hulk hands down.
But Superman can fly while the hulk only jumps real high.
And also the fact that Superman is much faster and has heat vision.

Crossovers are not cannon.Batman beat Hulk in a crossover with a punch to the gut.Wolverine beat Lobo somehow.They are not cannon.Fanboy is the right word.Anyone who has read any SA comics knows that the crossover was silly. Read Crisis on Infinite Earth and that would give you a basic understanding of his powerlevel.Pre-Crisis Superman can literally destroy Hulk with a sneeze. He has destroyed a Galaxy with one.

In My Opinion, hulk would lose, The guy filming made a point, You can only get so angry, At one point the anger becomes rage and rage becomes Insanity. There is no level past that. People get upset when Hulk isn't dubbed the strongest, but he isn't. Super is stronger, (moves planets, that's bull but yea) Props to Soup, only because he is what he is.

Although the Hulk may get stronger as time progress, Superman is smart enough not to let that happen. Using his , heat vision, ice breathe, and especially is speed, the Hulk is down for the count before he can blink. Hulk might have a little speed, but come on. Superman is almost as fast as the Flash(light speed). In half a nano-second, Supes could launch the Hulk into the sun. The end!
