A great video! I wish there were more mention of the importance of the fat soluble activators and role of animal fats in the diet, as well as the need for lacto-fermented foods. But still--a fantastic introduction to the Message!

I developed a persistent skin rash in July/2007(it's the mysterious pussy/itchy one that seems to be affecting a number of people in my city).
I do not think that my raw vegan diet caused the problem. But I tell ya', an herbalist forced me on a program of butter and beef and no raw food. My skin has begun to clear and the itchies have disappeared. There is something to be said about the healing energy of simply processed animal foods. I am no longer going to judge animal products so harshly!

I stopped feeding my dog dog food from the store and now feed him mostly raw food or a farm raised raw egg. His temperament is much better and he seems more intelligent and settled. I have a rabbit that I feed entirely on wild growing plants and no pelts, he is doing very well also.
