peanut butter only with out sugar, carrots have a high GL, soy is not good for eating,
I just love Kebbler chocolate chips !
Often I just eat a red pepper and some almonds
OR I like eating green beans or yard long beans (right out of the garden is best)
As a side note -- and Natalie it is one of the few things I have been disappointed about in your videos (maybe I have not seen the right ones)is that SOY is not a food. It maybe helpful for menopausal women in small amounts -- but other that that I DO NOT think people should eat soy at all.
all bran with extra fiber, yogurt, and raisins
whole wheat english muffin with some fat free cheese and tomato sauce and veggies! only like 150 calories! :)
-Granola (dry)
- Fruit and mixed veggies (you know the kinds that they sell in bags at the store in freezers)
-Fat-free Waffles with buttercrunch
They are budget foods that's are better than what most people eat.
granola bars...homemade..
celery and peanut butter! :P
any fruit.
string cheese.
yogurt with granola.
baked chips? maybe, not really ?
