Dam, this takes me back to the good ol' days, football has not been the same. I think the 90's rivalry between the Cowboys and 49ers has to rank top 5, not in football but in all of sports. In today's era we don't see it, plus Summerall voice in the intro just gives me goosebumps....

STFU with that garbage. The Cowboys cleaned the Niners clock...period. The 49ers had to cheat the salary cap and screw their future for one ring that mainly happened because Emmitt Smith had two popped hamstrings. The Cowboys were good enough to get back...the 49ers haven't really been close since.

a holding call when there was no holding that cost the niners a TD, A cowboy TD that was called when novecek wasn't even in the endzone, and a free set of downs for the cowboys when emmitt smith got tackled because the niner defense thought he had the ball. RIGGED! Yes it's ancient history but the niners got fucked in that game from start to finish.....

Guy McIntyre grabbed Russell Maryland with his right arm from the side(that's called holding). The 49ers had a 7-3 in the 1st half and were looking like they were going to score again and then they stalled and missed a 47 yd field goal. That's where this game turned.

that intro can't be touched by pretty much anything ever. i wish more announcers took the less is more approach of summerall rather than the current monday night football-style scream until the point is hammered home approach.

Back in the day it was the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys, and then everyone else. Those guys had a dynasty of dominance like no other I have ever seen, except maybe the Yankees and I guess the Red Wings right now. Throw the Spurs in there too.
