What's eerie for me is that in the intro, Summerall says about San Francisco, "...and the ball keeps on bouncing their way."
Well, on that very day--January 17, 1993--the ball stopped bouncing SF's way, and Dallas got the breaks they didn't get on January 10, 1982. Amazing how that CBS intro created a narrative that would immediately change over the following 4 hours...

CBS has sort've blown it over recent years though, ever since the titty incident they've never been the same.
-But I do agree, Fox sucks (and Aikman shows no emotion), what's even worse though is ESPN's coverage, that's the most biased, rude, and inconceivable Monday Night coverage I've seen (and heard) in years.

The 49ers Cowboys rivalry of the 90's was the best. When they met that was the "REAL SUPERBOWL". It was an intense rivalry where the cities, fans and players couldn't stand one another.

This intro is absolutely classic. The images, music, Pat Summerall's voice. I just got goosebumps watching this. I was in 4th grade, living in Dallas, and this was the first year I began following the NFL. I remember rushing home that Sunday to watch this game. I unfortunately missed the 1st quarter. So I'd like to thank whoever posted this for allowing me to relive that lost moment.

Dam, this takes me back to the good ol' days, football has not been the same. I think the 90's rivalry between the Cowboys and 49ers has to rank top 5, not in football but in all of sports. In today's era we don't see it, plus Summerall voice in the intro just gives me goosebumps....
