the bowler bowls and u try and hit the bowl. if the bowl bounces or rolls to the boundary then 4 runs is added and if the ball goes into the crowd over the fence, then 6 runs are added. the batsman can make 1 run, 2 runs , 3 runs by running from i end of the pitch to the other before the fielding side is able to hit the stumps. the batsman can go out in many ways - bowled is when the bowler bowls the ball and it hits the wickets, caught - when the batsman is caught on the full, run-outs etc

Credit to Yuvraj, but Broad recovered from this and now he's a brilliant bowler and a pretty handy batsmen. As good a batsmen Yuvraj is, I doubt he could do that again to Broad. Brilliant shots as well btw!
