only 3 years service is mandatory, but I have enlisted, but I'm in standing service which means I have volunteered to serve more then the mandatory 3 years (and once a year recall duty for which is mandatory).
But dude, try being in triple digit heat camo and armor and all. makes a huge difference.

you can be as big, and muscular, and as strong as you want...but when you go up against a person that knows how to fight, and has the endurence to fight...you lose!

So true, having big muscles is intimidating, and is useful against weak oppenents, but your absolutely right useless against someone who can fight like a mma fighter. Though if your big and can fight then thats a force to be reconed with. Brock Lesnar maybe?

He's doing the lighter weights at times to incHe's keeping at a certain chosen weight, his fighting weight. Also noone could do none stop 100KG benchpresses for an hour straight so he's using lighter weights to be more efficient and also increase some strength areas and tone up the areas that need working on. In my opinion you have to work from inside out, this guys got the mindset and everything else for it, thats why hes a mma fighter. rease endurance and fitness,

He's a middleweight ya dick! And do you think u cud do 1500 reps with heavy weights for an hour? He's liftin medium weights and doin shitloads of reps. Its not about buildin muscle. Its about muscle endurance and cardio. He already has all the muscle he needs.

I certainly agree with your remarks regarding quake4soldier, but bajanshoota makes a very good point: weight machines are on the absolute bottom tier of exercise methodology. You're wasting time if you're a serious athlete and you touch machines.
