My husband says he did not remember seeing this show at all but he remembers other ones in that genre from around the same time that I know *I* never saw. My theory was that despite syndication, not all shows of this genre were aired all across the US. That would explain why I saw some shows he did not and vice versa. I'm originally from the Midwest where my husband is from the West Coast.

Got that right. Bob Wilkins from "Creature Features" was Captain Cosmic with Wonder robot 2-T-2. He has a site here on youtube and a lot of those shows we saw are also here on youtube. I took a lot of jokes about the fact that I watched TV like this and all the "cool" bunch had "outgrown" it. I thought THEY were the deprived ones, LOL.

This was actually one of THREE Japanese sci-fi shows that aired in the mid-late 70's on WKBD-50 Detroit. My buds and I watched them every day at 2pm, at our old babysitters house.
The other two shows were 'Johnny Socko' & 'Spectraman'. Remember them?
