very unimpressive. its sad that the lack of talent in todays world renders this crap "music." i heard the same licks over and over again with really no sort of true improvisation in feeling. i felt just like the crowd did......."what the fuck are these two doing?" i am a fan of rap/rythm guitar, but this was more like elevator music.

yeah i dont think they're using the right style of beat. Me and a friend of mine have put some rap to "born under a bad sign" where i just play the verse riffs and never really go into the chorus part, while he flows over top and it sounds pretty tight, but your right that would be just flowing over an already tight beat, not like these two clowns trying to do it on some 80's rap beat. good call buddy.

lol so it isnt the greatest little jam, but did anyone knots the CRASH guitar at :34. i believe thats the second one out of the two made for john made by Crash. i haven't seen any videos of the other guitar, just pics, but their are some rad guitars body designs out their by Crash.

I am a huge fan of John Mayer. He is a great musician, and one of the most prolific song writers of our generation. But I was pretty unimpressed. There were moments that were good, but in general, it didn't satisfy.
