New in Australia, I have heard it was out in the USA already, sorry about that.
Google has released a new feature for Google Maps allowing you too look around as if you were standing at the location. You can pan around 360 degrees, virtually move around the streets and even zoom in and out.
Type in your location then click on the 'street view' link to bring it up. It is a very simple to use feature, with amazing possibilities. I use this a lot to find good locations to film movies in, but this can be used in the wrong way as well.
Sometime number plates, people, cars and houses can be clearly seen causing a concern of privacy. This feature hopefully will stay up but if not make the most of it now.
