Deafness means you can't mouth the words or they must be pretending because they're mouthing? While the oralist mentality exists and mainstrem programs insist on speech classes for deaf children, there are going to be deaf adults who mouth/speak as they're comfortable. Doesn't Mean The deaf person is any less deaf, just means they grew up with an emphasis on speach or just want to mouth their message.
