Actually this song was written back when he wasn't as open about his preferences. Back then I'm sure he had his share of women, trying to be 'normal'.

Thats about the most stupid thing i ever heard.. You must live a very small and narrow life.. Ever cryed rivers over loosing your cat/dog ? I love my dog very much, not as much as my wife or daughter but still.. I find it hard to believe 2 men or 2 women wouldnt be able to love one another.. of course they would..
