i gotta agree with Gahuidiot in american footbal they hit harder but is an fizical and pshihical efect when ur whearing the Pads ,i wouldnt se an american footbal player without his pads take on an rugby player even a medium skilled player, because his body wouldnt take the fizical abuse because he wasant use to this harsh tackles ,the pads would take all the abuse and the player wouldnt feelt the pain so much.The conclusion American Players hit harder but Rugby Players are Tougher+ more Stamina
