If you are a sprinter then you wanna do some squat jumps directly after your max squats, and higher reps should only come in closer to summer season. Plus you need to do alot of cleans, snatches and split squats. don't focus on building anything other than shoulders and legs (hams and glutes in particular) because those muscles have the biggest role in sprinting. Also, your lower back and abdominals...

Plus I seriously, seriously you squat 200kg for a full squat using free weight barbell. That is on elite level and usually takes people years to lift that kind of weight. Best not to make things up on the internet..

good luck at bejiing dallas, alotta people will be rooting for you. you have what it takes to break 10 seconds i know it. oh if u havent been doin mental training too u definantly should. i took .3 seconds of my 100m time doing it.....if u dont kno wat im talkin bout look up the book called the mental edge by.....kenneth baum
