As a direhard Giants fan, I'm offended by the two recurring comments I see to this video: first, that the patriots choked, and second, that the giants are not given credit for simply whipping this team.
The Giants did not win by default. Nor did the Patriots choke-they were just outplayed, out-coached, and physically dominated. On this night, the New York Giants were the better team.

The Patriots didn't choke, they highly under-estimated the Giants chances. The Giants had a great defense that year and the QB finally found his potential. That doesn't mention the running game.
The reason they don't give the Giants credit is because of their record. What those people don't realize is the Giants had all the pieces except a weak QB, but Manning put it together by the end of the year and they peaked at the right time.
