I love the song, but what is really freaky is how they were able to cut and paste, i mean it is Jim Henson voice as Ernie (he had died 3 years after Neville's apperance) having him sing with him also is what is so cool about this particular version.

I literally flipped out when I originally saw this for this very reason. 15 years later, it STILL gives me the creeps. It just ain't right.
And in my mind, it's very ironic that this was created for Sesame Street's 25th Anniversary Special, and the 25th season was when, IMHO, Sesame Street jumped the shark for good.
I love the original song, but I can't deal with Aaron Neville dueting with a dead performer.
