The song is Forever Until Sunday, from One of a Kind. This is easily the best take on this song I've heard, including the studio version (which even features Holdsworth on violin).

Correction: the studio version featured Eddie Jobson on violin. It wasn't credited on the original sleeve, though the Winterfold remasters corrected this. Anyway nice video.

I've always considered this the best of 70's and 80's prog & fusion. Drummer Bruford composed such feelingful stuff. These tunes could work in so many formats--acoustic, orchestral, jug-band, etc.

Eddie did play on Sahara of Snow on the record, and didn't get credit for it. I just read it in an interview on his website. They didn't put it on the record because they didnt' want it to be UK2.

i really have to say UK plays this song better. berlin has the skill but wetton has the tone. and i feel allan enjoyed pissing off jobson with his masterful skill of improvising. i'll put the best one i have from UK concert collection witch is 9 shows total
