I dunno if this is a good way to put it, but the Black Fire percussion group is like Ferrari, and the Technical Assassins are like Lamborghini. Black Fire looks much more formal and in sync when performing, whereas the Technical Assassins are a bit more creative with their performances.

I've seen clean show bands as well, so you can't use that excuse. Clean beats are the first step to being great. However, very entertaining! I like seeing bands have fun, which seems to be a missing element today.
