This Case should have been in Canadian court to begin with,as his alleged action of interfering with justice happened in Toronto and Toronto SEC should have been the applicant.
Chicago Court with bleak laws has denied bail for Sir. Conrad Black.
He reserves the right to serve the time in Canada.
