I worked on the F/V Courageous for Tanner 1981 with Capt' Tony, First Mate Roman, and Tony's brother Dan who was the deckboss. That was the season we lost nineteen-year-old deckhand JC on the boat. He died of cardiac arrest in the shower. A very sad day.

courageous / baranof --- its still the CAPE ROMANZOF FISHING COMPANY deducting pounds of seafood harve3sted from the fishermen while pocketing the extra money after the middlemen gives them a kick back to keep the labor costs down..... but when the fishermn get drunk and trust the comopany they never calculate the pounds times the price the company actually sold it for..
