Uploaded by: HelicopterUtilities
Video Description:
Departing from The Kings School, Pennant Hills Rd Nth Parramatta, Sat 16th August 2008, after static displays and joyflights at The Kings School Art & Car Show weekend. Bell Jetranger VH-KGW piloted by Peter Wieland, owner of Wieland Helicopter Company and HeliAust, one of the largest helicopter companies in Australia. VH-KGW is the last Bell Jetranger off the production line before the company stopped making the model this year (2008). Bell Helicopter Textron were going to keep this end of an era helicopter as a keepsake, but Peter managed to talk them into selling it to him. VH-NGU Robinson R44 used mainly as a pipeline patrol machine, and the AS350-FX Squirrel VH-RTV used during season as a bushfire fighting tool and aerial lift machine. Vision shot by Bob Bell (Small Rotors Helicopters, Georges Hall, Australia.)
