u can do that while on a mission, i discofert the same thing lol. u can use the cheat: jump very high and the jetpack cheat to fligh when u need to cool vid btw, its a cool mission u can go to liberty city without the mission too :P i just seen the vid where someone discoffert that glith its for ps2 btw

Son leaks que hay sueltos por el mundo. uno de ellos creo que esta en el gimnasio. en una de las partes oscuras. tienes que salir por el techo, no se como, no se ve bien, pero simplemente consigues salirte del mapa. creo que es necesario el jetpack para saltar y superar la altura del techo.
