They're out there. Few and far between. Usually the older ones, not the new model, fresh from the factory called Iraq.
I love the good cops, I really do. LOVE THEM, love their patience, love their professionalism. It's such a breath of fresh air being in a sane officer's presence. And they know they're in the minority. Sigh.

Sad statement on our society. I WISH you were wrong, but I am afraid that you have the last stopgap movement there. The cops will always abuse their position and then abuse it again to coveruo for their activities. Operating "Under the Color of Law" is a devious thing.

Wow, I was so lucky to grow up in small town Ontario, our cops were there to keep you safe and help you out in a pinch like boosting your car battery.
No lie they were the kind of cops that wave to even the biggest scum bags in town and never once acted like this to my memory.
There sure is lots of jerks of all types... one thing I learned, there is lots of hippy jerks that will treat you unfair if you don't look like them.
