Thanks mate. Next time I pay £20 to see a band I'll be thankful that I can listen to people like you talking about shoes and haircuts. I'll think "Tonyman6000 was so right, this is how it should be". Or maybe I'll just go to a venue where people are respectful of one another and of the artist on stage. You can find them most places, just usually not in London, sadly.

Who sings for these guys in the studio?? I've been watching Panda Bear / Animal Collective concerts and they have a LOT of trouble staying in key... But like I said, it sounds wonderful in the studio

They certainly hit sour notes or go out of key here and there, but I've also seen them nail it just as well live as in the studio. I don't think they're using studio tricks, but rather they just have a problem with consistency at shows. Any live act does. That's what makes it "live". Even The Beatles and the Beach Boys didn't hit it 100% of the time.
