ok it may be possible but listen to it, he doesnt have that much distortion plus ebows give off that certain "bow" tone that you can clearly hear in every live version of this song

Yeah but like...aren't Ebows pretty noticeable? And how is he strumming with just a pick and then using an Ebow precisely when that "Ebow" part comes in? He could just be resting his hand on the bridge like most people do...there are certainly many pedals and effects that can help carry out a guitar note. Eh...I don't like arguing about a guitarist that I will most likely never meet in my life. lol >.>
