Although Eli appears (and may be) handicapped, he actually is able to use some rather funny lines and puts together a pretty decent freestyle. He is pretty on-level, if not better, than his competitor "Envy" in the original video, and as such, I believe that many people don't laugh at him for being a handicapped person but rather for having some funny lines in his repertoire. I'd laugh the same at a non-handicapped person using the same lines, and that makes Eli not handicapped, but the best man

Agreed. Eli is more entertaining.
He doesn't seem to be handicapped though, since he's able to rap perfectly before his long awkward pause. I think it was either a seizure, a brain freeze, a cramp or that he accidentally ate a fly.
