It did say overweight lading so it would probably be an emergency landing right after take off still with full fuel load. or maybe aborting start right before the point of no return.
not something you want to do too often, I think I heard ti cost 1M$ replacing brake pads and rotors when it is done. carbon brakes are not cheap

The test is designed to see the stopping distance of the aircraft without the aid of reverse thrust. This is a requirement by the FAA. In reality you would use reverse thrust but if the brakes can already stop the aircraft in such short distance imagine with reverse thrust.
