This is the 3rd episode of Theists Arguments series. In this video I look at some of the theist arguments floating around YouTube and how they claim to "debunk" evolution. Remember just because you say debunk doesn't make it true.
Part one focuses on the group of arguments that say that the Earth or Universe is to young for Evolution to happened therefore a supernatural being must have created everything.

Like any work of fiction it contains some correct information and some incorrect information. It is a tool for investigating history as is any ancient literature, but it isn't a historical account. Do you think Mathuselah died at 969 years?

the Bible has never been proven to say soemthing false. and yeah I do believe he lived to be that age, theres no problem with that at all. AGing has much to do with radiaition. When the earth was young we were much more protected from radiation & there was no pollution. Just because we only live to be about 70 today doesnt mean its always been that way. there r some other species that live much longer than we do 4 example.

No data supports this claim. If you raise mice in radiation proof caverns deep underground they don't age any slower. Life span has increased not decreased during recent history, as has pollution. So the idea of pollution decreasing life span doesn't make sense either.

You must have watched a Kent Hovind video because aging is not caused by radiation, it's caused by certain parts of our DNA decreasing in length every time a cell divides. There's no reason to assume there would be any less radiation in the past anyway. What would protect us from radiation. And please don't say a water canopy because the idea is so easy to disprove it's ridiculous.

Documents you say, well then obviously it must be true. If you want to "prove" the flood, you need to find actual physical evidence. I doubt you'd accept documents that stated the world was covered in fire for afew days, while no actual physical evidence exists, so why should I or anyone else accept documents of a global flood from people who had no idea what the size of the world is?

If at least 10 manuscripts have been found on a single historical document then it is assumed to be true. There have been thousands of manuscripts found backing up the Bible. In these manuscripts eye witnesses document seeing the fulfillment of prophecies made hundreds of years beforehand. Alsolook at the length of the Bible and find a loophole in Christianity. You can't. and with over 40 authors some living 5000 years apart how did it maintain such continuity. Still believe its not proven true?
