they arent supposed to sound like aic albums... its just jerry's shit, since layne was to messed up around the time this was made. i mean, if aic was to make another album around the time this was made, im sure with layne adding in lyrics and singing and the rest of the band doing their part, it would be a genuine aic album. so no, this doesnt have the gloomy hopless feeling of an aic album cuz layne ist here. jerry would adapt back to aic sound if they did make another back then tho.

probably cuz Jerry would sing at least 40% of the time anyway, and Layne and Jerry would often times sing in unison, which may lead to the confusion. Their voices blend so well with each other. =)
