Ha the lyrics aren't the same therefore it's okay? If you sample someone elses song you have to ASK them and then CREDIT them. Sounds like she just took the same 8 track. Outrageous plagiarism.

there are thousands of examples of plagiarism in the music world. people are influenced and inspired by other music. they like the way a certain song or band sounds and feels, so they mimic it and produce something that has similarities. it just so happens that this specific case is a bit more obvious than others, but if we are to single out ashlee for her one song that sounds similar, it's only fair that we single out everybody else, no? cut her some slack. this is just ONE song out of her many
