you know it's funny how ppl still say eli manning is terrible... eli manning is an amazing quarterback, he beat a team that nobody else in history could beat. tiki barber was a distraction and the focus was always on him. eli proved to the whole world that he was the #1 draft pick because he has what it takes to win a superbowl, which he did against a team which was supposed to be the greatest in history... so all you eli haters... It's funny to look back at this stuff. Eli has just done it all; done what no one else in the NFL could do. He has redeemed himself in every possible way. Never paid much attention to the Eli-Tike flap, and thought he was a loser to retire so early. Tiki's rep is now shot to hell. Thank you Tiki, for retiring and letting the real Giants shine through your crap. Who knew, all you had to do was flee the NFL?

Well what I find funny is that Tiki doesnt have a ring and Ronde does. And his so called lack-of-leadership QB just brought a ring back to NJ, unlike Tiki who failed to do so against the Ravens. Before the Bucs I was unsure, the NFL didn't even consider us a threat. After that game, all true blue Giant fans knew, it's just that we all have the same heart. When we feel it, they feel it, when it's not to be we know that too. The minute I saw the look on Eli's face in AZ coming on that field, I was positive, scared to death, wouldn't say it out loud, but in my heart, like all true blue g-men/women, I knew we wanted it more and it was clearly demonstrated. You read my mind, the minute Eli put Romo in his place, I dug out my Phil Simms autographed t-shirt and wore it everyday til the Super Bowl. Admidst all the condensation, Eli kept his heart and mind on what he was born to do and as his bro says, he has already surpassed some of the greatest by years!!! He's got guts, heart and takes a lickin and keeps on tickin just like Simms.

TIKI was the man. He gave us many memories. But i couldn't believe how he turned on ELI. I could just imagine how he felt when he was on the field as a TV reporter asking ELI how does it feel to be a champion. But, as some Giants fans may already know Tiki has a beautiful wife and 2 kids and the man has millions, so he is happy. It's just for the rest of his life he will live with that empty feeling of not being a champion. Now, as much as i love Shockey, his butt needs to be traded.
