Let the media talk about Brett Favre. Who cares, and if you care, why do you? Why does Stephen A get so sick of seeing Brett Favre on t.v? Its not because there is better stuff to broadcast. There are thousands of people that love watching Brett Favre because of his passion to win. He wants to win more than he wants to get paid, which is more than I can say about a majority of players in the league. Then again, most players dont have heart like Brett Favre. He has the most wins. He has the most TDs. He has the most completions. He has the most yardage. He has the most consecutive starts. He has the most 3000+ yard seasons. He's had only 1 freaking losing season in 16 years with the GB Packers.
So why do you harp on his interceptions? If you compare him to any other Hall of Fame QB and if they have thrown for the same amount of yards, he'd be #4 in tds to interceptions and #1 in completions to interceptions.

In reference to his interceptions, it has nothing to do with his socio-economic background. If you recall when he was playing in 92-94, when he was throwing INT's he was scrutinized quite a bit. People were more leinent toward him after he had a number of MVP and Super Bowl seasons. McNabb is a great QB, but there is a definite difference between him and Favre. McNabb is rather injury prone while Favre has become a household name for durability.

Say what you want about Brett, but the stats show that he is the "BEST". It dont matter how many interceptions he's thrown, or how many incomplete passes. He's broke just about every record (exept what 1 ?) there is, and you dont achieve that by not being the "BEST". You just gotta undrestand greatness.

thanks goodness someone finally said it! He's 100% right the love affair between Favre and the media has to stop! This Golden Boy shit is getting old. He is not the Best by a long shot, he is a selfish greedy man who probably left the game to get even more attention than he was getting.
