We are only in Iraq for oil, well done genius. Everyone including servicemen/women know that, do you think we're retarded? The reason our soldiers join up to fight there is because our guys actually make a difference as well. The Taliban? Innocent? Don't make me laugh! Have you never heard of their atrocities? I'm assuming wordzo were talking about the insurgents and not the Taliban. From the debathification to the disbanding of the Iraqi military every move our governments have made have only further inflamed the situation, Iraq was better off before we invaded and all the best intentions in the world isnt going to change that. There is less security now than when Suddam was in power and lets not forget who helped Suddams regime.
